I will give you some examples. 1-Avoid using credit or debit cards for 3 months.Use cash instead. 2-Cancel your subscriptions as soon as you can (Amazon, NetFlix and etc.) 3-Do not buy non-essential products, such as Starbucks, fast food, liquor, beer, or anything that does not depend on your survival. 4-Avoid chain stores as much as possible, shop locally instead. Share these things with all your friends and acquaintances and ask them to do the same, after 3 months you will see the result.
